DataVisor Software Engineer interview experience

I did one phone interview and then one onsite, with the onsite covering two rounds. Even though I didn’t do well overall, the people I interacted with were genuinely nice, and the tone stayed respectful.

The journey felt difficult, but not harsh. The interviews weren’t portrayed as a hostile grilling, and the interactions made it easier to handle the outcome when it didn’t go in my favor. In the end, I didn’t receive an offer, and I mostly took away that even when you miss the mark, the process can still feel human and professional.
