Datamatics Software Engineer interview experience

I went through a round where they focused on my skills, asked why I was leaving my current company, and then shifted into a logistics and preference conversation.

We talked about how soon I could join and we even discussed salary. They also asked whether I wanted to work more on front-end or back-end, and it stayed mostly at the level of basic fit rather than deep technical depth. The whole thing felt easy and low-stress, and I walked away with the sense that they were mainly checking alignment and availability.
