Dataiku Software Engineer interview experience

Negative

ParisPosted Oct 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a recruiter call after applying online.

The recruiter’s tone felt a bit pointed as if they were offended that I didn’t know the company extremely well.

What I experienced next was a strong emphasis on their self-image as the best “in town,” with an assumption that everyone genuinely wants to work there. In my view, that came across as lacking humility.

I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly the interaction stayed negative for me because it felt more about projecting certainty and expectations than about getting to know me as a candidate.
