My process started with an HR-style conversation and then moved quickly into technical evaluation.

I was given an initial HackerRank assessment, and after that I had an intermediate live coding interview followed by a more advanced live coding interview.

The ending was a system design interview, and across the whole run I found the interviewers encouraging and easy to talk to. The overall format felt pretty standardized: a progression from coding into deeper system thinking, with enough human warmth that the questions didn’t feel adversarial.

It wasn’t an easy pass either—I still had to prove myself in multiple live coding settings—but I appreciated how cleanly the rounds were separated
