My process started with an HR interview that was fairly straightforward, and then I moved into a tech screening that felt similar to what I’d seen in other big-tech hiring loops.

People were friendly and nice, and the whole thing felt well managed.

Scheduling and updates were surprisingly automated. I felt like some kind of system was in place to keep me informed about where I was in the process, and that made the timeline feel smoother than I expected.

After the screening steps, I had a short project overview with two coding questions. The questions were pretty easy, and I got results back within a couple of hours. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the early part of the journey felt efficient, clear, and not overly stressful.
