I went through several rounds mixing hiring manager and technical interviews with a coding exam.

The questions felt fairly standard, grounded in Databricks and my previous experience rather than anything wildly unfamiliar. The team came across as nice throughout, which made the process feel more welcoming than intimidating.

Even so, it took longer than I expected overall, which added a bit of fatigue as I kept moving through scheduling. I didn’t end up getting an offer, and the main reflection I had was that the work itself was clear, but the timeline dragged enough to make the process feel more burdensome than difficult in content.
