My interview loop felt pretty standard in structure, but very deliberate in how they evaluated technical depth.

I started with an initial recruiter screening, then moved into two technical rounds that were LeetCode-style coding questions. After I cleared those, I got pulled into a hiring-manager behavioral round.

The coding portion wasn’t just about getting an answer—it was about how I reasoned through complexity. I was asked graph-and-traversal style problems, and then I had to follow up by describing optimizations and time/space complexity for what I implemented. The conversations around performance details made it feel more like an engineering interview than a quick algorithm check.
