My process didn’t go smoothly from an organizational standpoint.

They were unclear about the stages and even mixed up the sequence of interviews. I somehow cleared what they treated as advanced stages first, but then I didn’t clear the hiring-manager stage.

It was honestly disappointing because the misalignment wasted time on both sides. Even though the technical side had some success early on, the overall experience felt like it couldn’t build momentum because the process itself wasn’t coherent.
