My process started with a recruiter screening, and it was pretty professional and pleasant.

It opened with a quick set of questions about me, and then the recruiter answered my questions too, which made the call feel balanced rather than one-sided.

What I remember most was how the recruiter introduced the teams in the Aarhus office and talked about the kinds of projects people were working on. That context helped me understand the environment a bit better, and it lowered the stress of not knowing what “good” looked like.

I didn’t end up getting an offer from this stage, but at least the initial interaction felt respectful, informative, and well run.
