My assessment sequence started with questions that probed how I interacted with their AI, and then it shifted into a more subject-matter portion focused on physics.

I saw sample answer behavior generated from the AI, and then I had to respond in a way that showed I could evaluate the quality of what the model produced.

After that, I was instructed to write sample physics questions and answers, essentially testing whether I could generate content that would work as training material. The total process took a while because the assessments were multiple and time-consuming even when the core tasks weren’t “hard” technically.

I didn’t get an offer, and the biggest thing I noticed was the workload: it was detailed and spread across several assessment steps
