My process was short and tightly scheduled for an Account Executive track.

I went through an HR discussion, then followed with a team leader and director-of-team interview, and then a call with a country director. The whole thing moved fast enough that there was a decision right after the final conversation, with a brief opportunity to discuss details in English.

It felt efficient and straightforward, and I left feeling like the steps were clearly sequenced. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the timeline and the flow of rounds were the main impression—very little ambiguity about what would happen next.
