My interview journey had that two-step structure, and it started face-to-face.

I came in for a meeting with the sales manager, and the whole tone was pretty intense in the way it made me pay attention to how I was being evaluated. After that first conversation, I moved into an additional interview with the general manager, which focused more on the company and what they expected from the role.

The overall experience made a lasting impression because the process felt very personality-driven. I remember leaving with a clear sense that they were trying to gauge whether I could handle the environment and expectations, not just whether I had the right background. Questions
