I saw a more end-to-end hiring experience where interviews were followed by background checks, training/longer onboarding, and ongoing follow-up.

Written test / initial screening — The process started with a written test, followed by the interview stages.
Technical round — I completed a technical round as part of the evaluation.
HR round — HR came after technical, before formal checks.
Background check + longer onboarding — I experienced additional steps like background verification and a slower onboarding/training period.

Outcome: I didn’t share an offer result in these notes, but the takeaway was that Cyient can extend beyond interviews with verification and ramp-up work.
