I attended a campus-style process that moved from an easy online test to a technical round and then ended with HR as a formality.

Online test — I answered 60 questions in 60 minutes; the questions were described as simple.
Technical round — Technical questions were moderately difficult but the interviewer was easygoing and gave time to think.
HR round — HR was described as a formality.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that even “easy” online screens can still lead to a technical evaluation where clarity of problem solving matters.
