Cybage Software Software Engineer interview experience

The first round was technical and focused on basic questions related to my field, and the people interviewing me were laid-back.

Then there was an HR round afterward. I didn’t get an offer, but the experience itself didn’t feel tense—the interviews were calm, and I kept the impression that the main goal was to see how I approached basics rather than to set traps.

The fact that the interviewers were cool helped me stay composed. In the end, I left without the offer, but with a clear sense that the process was mostly about baseline understanding and communication.
