I went through an online NQT test first, and after that I was selected to interview at their headquarters.

The process didn’t take very many steps, but it ended there—after the in-person interview, I wasn’t selected.

Even though I prepared enough to show up for the interview, the final decision didn’t go my way. That outcome left me feeling like the NQT and interview together were stricter than I expected.

In the end, I didn’t get an offer. Honestly, the part that stuck with me was how quickly it moved from testing into an in-person round, leaving little room to adjust once I got to the interview.
