My process ended up being a full stretch that ran across a couple of days and felt extremely draining.

I was told it was a sequence of multiple rounds—coding first, then several technical interviews grouped tightly together, followed by a managerial round. Even after clearing everything, I still got a rejection email from HR, which left the whole effort feeling wasted.

The frustrating part was how little sense there was behind the selection criteria. It didn’t feel like the process was transparent or consistent, and the negative experiences I’d heard before sounded uncomfortably accurate once I went through it myself. End-to-end, it took longer than it needed to and just drained my time
