My first coding step went through Codility, and I cleared that round before the process moved toward scheduling.

Afterward, HR called to ask for availability for a Zoom interview, and once I had the time confirmed, I showed up expecting a panel.

At the time of the interview, the panel simply didn’t show up. I contacted HR during the delay, and they told me the panel wasn’t available and that it would be rescheduled. The part that stuck with me was how long it took afterward—more than two months passed and it still didn’t feel like the interview would actually happen. Eventually, it left me with the uncomfortable feeling that the process could be derailed in a very basic way, and it never recovered.
