Cvent Software Engineer interview experience

They asked whether I was comfortable, and when I struggled on the problem, they actually provided hints and suggestions to guide me toward solving.

That supportive tone made the technical portion feel less like a trap and more like a conversation about problem-solving. I didn’t end up clearing the full process, but it still stood out as one of the more considerate interview experiences I had.

My reflection at the end was that the team seemed focused on collaboration during the coding challenge, even if I didn’t get the final decision in my favor.
