I went through back-to-back screening and technical conversation stages, and the technical interview itself was actually a good experience.

The interviewer was empathetic and knowledgeable, and even when I admitted I’d miss a couple minor details, they focused on helping me correct those errors without being smug.

The problem came after the interview. I felt like I was ghosted entirely—nobody replied, even though I emailed to ask for an update. The weird part was that the contact I had seemed to accidentally add me to an internal list discussing other job candidates. From my perspective, the team members I had contact with felt friendly overall, but the lack of communication after a real interview made the process feel unfair
