McLean, VAPosted Nov 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a phone screen, then moved into a technical interview, and finally a behavioral round.

The recruiter and the technical interviewers were genuinely easy to talk to, which helped me stay calm and focused.

The last behavioral interview was the one that threw me off. The interviewer looked disengaged most of the time, and the questions leaned much more technical than behavioral. Even when I tried to respond directly, some of the questions themselves felt unclear, so the whole round didn’t quite flow the way I expected. I left that last conversation feeling less confident about how the feedback would be formed, even though the earlier parts went smoothly.
