My interview started on campus, where I talked about myself and answered a basic coding question.

The next step was an online quiz that was more like an IQ-style set of problems than a typical software assessment. After that, I went to an on-site interview that lasted about three hours total.

During the on-site, three people from the company interviewed me, with each interviewer taking about an hour. The on-site felt like it carried most of the weight of the process, and the rest built up to that longer final step. Despite the time investment and how thorough it seemed, I didn’t end up getting an offer.
