CSC Software Engineer interview experience

The first two rounds were technical—sometimes presented as panel style—and then there was a manager interview as the third round, focused on my previous professional background. The final round was HR and was mainly about salary discussion.

What stood out was the timing: it felt like about a week to get to a final offer decision. I didn’t receive an offer, but the schedule felt predictable, and the questions were framed around my history and what I could discuss about my prior work rather than random theoretical prompts.
