After I got past the earlier stages, I ended up in rounds that leaned heavily toward managerial evaluation.

In my path, I was interviewed by multiple managers one at a time, and each conversation lasted a couple of hours. The questions were pretty direct, and I was given a chance to ask questions back. The manager wanted to know about mistakes I’d made before and what kind of employer I’d prefer to work for.

In my case, the process also included resume-driven questioning, followed by a group discussion and then another technical interview, and finally an HR conversation. The questions I got tied back to what I had worked on and what I’d done across my projects, even when the format shifted away
