I experienced CSC as a campus hire, and the flow was very typical of an on-campus visit: there was an objective test to shortlist candidates, and then the interviews were handled by the campus and company officials coordinating the whole event.

Once I cleared the initial paper, the next step was a technical paper paired with an aptitude paper.

After the technical piece was cleared, the rest of the process moved smoothly, and the overall vibe was positive for me. The sequence felt like it was designed to filter quickly without excessive complexity. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but I remember the whole thing feeling well run and not needlessly confusing, especially compared to messier multi-week processes.
