CSC Software Engineer interview experience

What surprised me was how quickly everything fit together—I finished around the same day, with the entire sequence taking roughly four hours.

The technical interview came first, followed by a manager round, and then the HR discussion. The HR portion was mostly about salary, which made the end feel more administrative than exploratory. Even with the fast timing, the questions stayed normal in difficulty and didn’t feel disconnected from the earlier steps. I didn’t get an offer, but the experience was efficient and clearly paced, which at least reduced the waiting-time stress.
