Crypto.com Software Engineer interview experience

The interviewer came across as arrogant and overly judgmental, and the questions felt like they didn’t have a “right” answer. He asked what I was looking for in my next role and also what I’d done outside of working hours to learn job-related skills.

Every time I answered, he would critique what I said as if he were measuring it against an unspoken standard. The whole interaction felt hostile and discouraging, and I left with the clear impression that the conversation was less about understanding me and more about evaluating me harshly.
