Crypto.com Software Engineer interview experience

I didn’t get any leetcode questions and there wasn’t a system design round. Instead, the interviewers talked through my work experience and asked for some technical details behind what I’d done.

The people I spoke with were easy-going, and the whole vibe felt genuinely comfortable rather than overly formal. I walked away liking the culture more than anything, mostly because the conversation felt like it was trying to understand how I think and how I’ve worked, not just to test trivia.
