San Francisco, CAPosted May 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After applying online, I heard back from the recruiter within a few days.

The process moved in a pretty smooth, Bay Area–style way: a technical phone screen first, then an onsite later. I could feel the overall momentum—everything ended up happening within about three weeks from my initial application through the final stage.

The recruiter’s communication was straightforward, and the interviews didn’t drag out into a lot of extra steps. The end result was that I didn’t get an offer, but the experience itself felt organized and predictable, not stressful or disjointed the way some loops can be.
