For the Senior Front End Engineer role, I found the process thorough and structured, with an emphasis on both technical skills and cultural fit.

It started with a recruiter screening where we discussed my background and experience, and why I was interested in the role.

Then I had a technical phone screen focused on JavaScript and front-end problem-solving, including coding challenges and architectural discussions. That combination made the difficulty feel real—not just syntax, but how I thought about system structure in a front-end context.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but I appreciated that the interviews were consistently framed around both capability and fit.
