San Francisco, CAPosted May 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The first part of my process was a short HR phone screen, followed by personality questionnaires.

Then I went through three separate programming assignments across any languages they allowed, and that was followed by a technical phone interview with an engineer that lasted about an hour.

The on-site was the most intense part. It felt pretty hard, with whiteboard-style problems, plus time that included lunch with engineers and then HR and a hiring manager interview. The overall arc was demanding and it left me with the impression that the role was testing more than just surface knowledge—there was a real technical push, and it required comfort with unfamiliar formats under time pressure.
