Credit Karma Software Engineer interview experience

That first stage felt a lot like checking baseline motivation and fit, and I didn’t end up moving to the next round.

Later, I saw a different version of how the process played out for me across attempts. There were times when things slowed down heavily after scheduling—silence after interviews, delayed feedback, and follow-ups that didn’t get answered even after multiple messages. In one pass, I went through an onsite that included multiple technical and system design elements, but after waiting, the response turned into a non-decision with delayed communication and no meaningful feedback.
