Credit Karma Software Engineer interview experience

The day had four separate segments. There was a whiteboarding test with two engineers, then a more in-depth HR interview, then another whiteboarding round with a senior engineer, and finally a general interview with an engineering manager.

The people I met were friendly and approachable, and the conversations didn’t feel adversarial. I didn’t end up with an offer, though, and the reason I got back was vague, which left me with more uncertainty than closure. Even though the staff seemed down to earth, the final communication didn’t give me much to work with.
