After a quick phone screen, I ended up doing a virtual onsite.

Everyone I spoke with felt genuinely nice, and the tone was much more conversational than intimidating. The onsite covered a mix of areas: algorithm questions, system design, and time spent talking through my past work experience and what I was looking for next.

The whole process felt fairly smooth and organized. I wasn’t thrown by any weird format surprises, and I left with the sense that they were trying to evaluate more than just whether I could solve problems under time pressure. Overall it felt like a friendly, well-rounded technical loop, even though it didn’t turn into an offer for me.
