Richmond, VAPosted Feb 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied through my school’s job listing and the whole thing was remote from the start, so there wasn’t any in-person interaction.

After a short wait, I received an email to answer preliminary questions before the interview, then I did a Skype-based conversation. The interview covered my background and also asked about Knowledge Drive and how I could help build on it.

After the call, I had one more written response to complete—essentially a final prompt that asked for ideas about the program and how I planned to engage students. Then I heard back within about a week, and I ended up with an offer. The communications felt organized enough that I always knew what the next step was supposed to be.

What surprised me most
