My process started with an initial screening and then a coding-focused step before I got to the onsite, which ended up feeling like a series of elimination rounds.

The timeline wasn’t the issue for me so much as the tone once I arrived. Onsite was described like multiple rounds, including a coding component, system-design and other segments, with a value-related discussion taking place as well.

What made it hard was the lack of basic conversational flow. Interviewers seemed reluctant to engage, and it felt like they didn’t want to hear my thinking as I worked through the coding. I also remember being told I’d get time to demo and discuss a take-home assignment, but that time didn’t really happen as promised. One interviewer even kept their camera off
