San Mateo, CAPosted Jun 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with an initial phone screening, then moved into a set of interviews that included one behavioral conversation with the hiring manager and two separate technical rounds.

One of those technical rounds was clearly system design.

The other technical interview varied in style—it could range from an overview of OOP concepts to a LeetCode-style coding question. That mix made the overall difficulty feel average, because it covered both conceptual understanding and more direct problem-solving.

I didn’t get an offer, but the structure was straightforward: behavioral to evaluate how I work, then technical depth in both system design and coding/OOP.
