Coupa Software Inc Software Engineer interview experience

Each manager seemed to want a different profile than what the job description suggested.

I pointed out that some of the requirements they were asking about weren’t actually in the job posting, but they didn’t listen and didn’t even look at my CV. The most surprising part for me was the mismatch between what they were evaluating and what the role was supposed to be.

I didn’t get an offer. Overall it was average difficulty, but what I carried away was the feeling that the interviewers weren’t aligned with the stated position.
