Coupa Software Inc Software Engineer interview experience

After those, I spoke with an engineering manager, then did a coding interview that was described as long. I eventually moved into an interview with upper management.

The final step included a contract and salary proposal discussion. The overall impression I had was that the sequence was fairly complete and structured, but I still didn’t have much additional detail beyond the fact that it covered multiple senior levels.

I didn’t get an offer, and what lingered with me was just how many formal steps there were from HR screening all the way to compensation.
