Coupa Software Inc Software Engineer interview experience

Got offer

Negative

United StatesPosted Apr 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got an email from an interviewer asking about my availability, and I had only a short window to respond.

As soon as I did, a rejection email came quickly.

What made the experience stand out was how abrupt it felt—like they interviewed me before truly giving the process any substance. I never experienced it that way before, and the whole “ghost interview” feeling left me with a sour impression.

I didn’t get an offer. My reflection was that it was hard to understand the rationale, especially since the process looked like it barely got started.
