Before my interview, it sounded like they had already shortlisted people, and when I reached the stage, it felt like the process wasn’t handled with much rigor for remaining candidates, including me.

After the interview, there wasn’t any clear or proper response or follow-up, which left the whole experience feeling unfinished.

It was hard to gauge what I was being evaluated on because the process itself seemed inconsistent, and the HR experience felt especially lacking in standards. I didn’t receive an offer, and what stuck with me most was the lack of closure—my time went in, but nothing about the communication afterward matched the effort.
