Santa Monica, CAPosted Oct 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a recruiter conversation, I moved into a couple of screening steps that were mostly focused on whether I could do the job in practice.

The initial HR call set the stage, and then I had a more technical phone screen where the interviewer went fairly deep, with detailed questions and an in-depth back-and-forth.

Later, I ended up doing an in-person day that lasted around three hours. I spoke with three different people, each one running an individual round. The whole day had a technical flavor, but it also included how I’d work in their style—there was a small roleplay centered on programming in a pair-programming setup, which helped turn the discussion from abstract to more hands-on.

Overall it felt like an interview loop
