Cotality Software Engineer interview experience

The interviewer seemed wishy-washy about whether the position would remain viable long term, like they were interviewing under obligation rather than conviction.

On top of that, the meeting didn’t even begin on time—it started about thirty minutes late due to an internal miscommunication. Between the lukewarm attitude about the role and the delayed start, the whole session felt less polished and more disorganized than I expected.
