Cotality Software Engineer interview experience

After an initial HR discussion, I went through a sequence that typically had about three rounds for experienced people: a first telephone screen, then an in-person interview, and finally a call with a team in the U.S.

The vibe was that urgency mattered—if the role needed to be filled quickly and I performed well, they were even willing to push on compensation. The interviews themselves fit that speed-driven structure, and it felt less like a drawn-out process and more like they were trying to get to a decision quickly.
