After applying online, I got a recruiter outreach with an online assessment link.

The assessment felt fairly straightforward and I was given about an hour and 15 minutes to complete it. A day or two later, I moved forward to a phone screen, which was scheduled shortly after that.

Overall, the process felt low-friction: apply, do the OA, then meet with a manager by phone. I didn’t get an offer, but the timeline and the format were clear, and the first technical/skills checkpoint didn’t feel like a trap—it was just something to complete and move on from.
