Santa Monica, CAPosted Mar 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through multiple phone interviews and then landed an in-house interview where I met two different employees.

They were very nice, and the in-person conversations went well, with the setting feeling more involved than a standard screen.

The in-house portion lasted a few hours and included a tour of the offices, which felt oddly surreal—like I was being shown around during a very real evaluation process. After that day, I was left waiting to hear back. At the time, it left me feeling like the interview went smoothly but the next step wasn’t moving fast.

I didn’t get an offer, and the biggest thing I remember was being happy with the interaction while still waiting with no clear closure afterward.
