The interview process took several steps and stretched over multiple months, but it was mostly smooth while I was actually in conversations.

I had good discussions throughout, and the hiring manager felt honest and straightforward about what the role would realistically require.

A key impression was how the expectations were set early and maintained as the rounds progressed. The process also demanded that I show up understanding the product, so I spent time getting up to speed before each interview rather than treating it like a generic sales chat.

Even though it didn’t end with an offer, I walked away feeling like the structure was fair and that there was a consistent sense of realism about the job.
