Santa Monica, CAPosted Jul 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After an in-house recruiting team reached out and discussed the role, I set up an initial phone interview.

That first conversation was with a panel made up of system engineers and tech managers, and it felt like they were testing both my technical thinking and how I communicated.

A short time later, I received an in-person follow-up at the headquarters. That portion was more direct and personal: I interviewed with three people individually. By the end of the week, the process wrapped up relatively quickly—about two weeks total—since I received an offer after the in-person stage. The overall experience ended up feeling efficient and decisive compared to some other processes I’d seen.
