Santa Monica, CAPosted Jan 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience started off badly and stayed negative as the steps piled up.

It began with a Hirevue-style video recording interview where I had to answer their questions on camera, which immediately made the whole process feel uncomfortable. After I passed that, I didn’t get clear instructions ahead of time for the next face-time interview, and the instructional email arrived just after the scheduled start time. Then the setup required WebEx, and I had to scramble because nothing was communicated earlier. The interviewer asked me to turn on my camera on the fly, and that “caught off guard” feeling kept building. I ended up not being very invested in the process
