Cornerstone OnDemand Software Engineer interview experience

I applied online, and the recruiter initially stopped responding for about a week. When things restarted, scheduling emails came quickly, but the actual interview didn’t match what I expected: the interview focused entirely on SQL and database design, which surprised me because the role sounded object-oriented heavy in both the description and our earlier conversations. When I raised that mismatch, the interviewer seemed dismissive and unconcerned. It left me feeling disregarded even though the interviews otherwise followed through.
